Overview
The following descriptions of Pennsylvania’s best practices are not all inclusive, but represent a small sample of programs that have used strategies proven to reduce truancy. Contact information has been provided and it is recommended that any school staff wanting to focus on truancy reduction efforts talk with and/or visit one or more of these programs. The programs have been listed by county.
