Teen Court of Chester County
Description: Teen Court is a court environment in which the defendant has pleaded guilty to a summary violation and is given a sentence by their peers.
Note: The Teen Court of Chester County has not heard any cases regarding truancy issues, as most of the truancy cases are in the names of the parents and, therefore, would not go through the Teen Court.
